Rumble King
Rumble King is a five piece, rockin' Rhythm & Blues band that will get you
out of your seats and dancing on the tables. By combining Jump Blues, Doo-
Wop, and pre-Rock 'n' Roll Rhythm & Blues this uniquely talented and tight
quintet has stumbled across an original style. Lead by Aaron Deily, a juke-
joint lead vocalist and his explosive piano, dueling saxophones and back up
vocalists, Scott Ramirez and Obie Hughes, are backed by upright bassist
Ulysses Gallegos with Corey Miller on drums.
The group formed in late 1996, and has since captured a respectably loyal entourage of fans, up and down the California coast. Rumble King had instant success as their hot act performed at various venues like The Derby, BB King's, The Galaxy Theater, Coach House and The Coors Amphitheater. They have also become a staple act at various music festivals like the "Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend" and the "Hootenanny." Rumble King has played with an impressive list of classic performers including B.B. King, James Brown, and Chuck Berry. Their music, combined with an energetic live show, creates an undeniable bond between band and audience. The band released their debut album in 1999, with a follow up single in late 2000. Currently on tour, the band is promoting their 2001 release, "Rockin' Kind." This full-length album is sure to position the band for major label distribution.
