About Caravana
Caravana is a Latin-R&B-Rock band that features seven highly skilled musicians. The group was formed in 1995 and they have performed at many of the southern and northern California clubs and festivals. Additionally, each band member has toured and recorded with major artists. The band members are Kenny Hudson: Timbales; Mick Taras: Guitar, Vocals; Amira: Vocals; Ron Powell: Congas; Ruben Valtierra: Keyboards; Andrew Ford: Bass; Ronnie Villanueva: Drums.
Caravana has performed at Disney’s California Adventure, UCLA, Northridge University, House of Blues, Moorpark College, Indio Tamale Festival, Mosquito Serenade Concert in Anderson, CA, Cantaloupe Festival in Fallon, NV, Alhambra Main Street Festival, BB Kings, Rumba Room, Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival, Fantasy Springs Casino, San Manuel Casino, Agua Calients Casino, Dana Point Festival, World Fest in San Diego, and much more.
Caravana has opened for The Commodores, War, Poncho Sanchez, Sophie B. Hawkns, Gary Wright, El Chicano, Ambrosia, Oscar d’ Leon, and Eddie Palmieri. They have thrilled audiences with their high energy show that touches the soul.
